I love living here! I love everyone who works here. Could not be happier. I had a few boards on my deck that were bad so I put in a ticket. Next day when I got home- I had a brand new deck! How amazing is that? They could have gone the cheaper route and replaced one or two boards- but they redid my entire deck.

Cortland East Cobb has been a pleasure to be at. Front office team is always helpful and kind. Maintenance is lightning fast, very knowledgeable, and super nice. Never had a problem with safety, noise, or neighbors. The place is also gorgeous with thoughtful landscaping. It is not the most affordable option in the area, but it’s worth it to feel more at home.

Definitely ensure you understand that no one is on the property 2 days out of the week. May not seem like much but the responsiveness of the property declines everyday they are not on the property.

I have lived here almost 4 years and I still love it here. My apartment has a great layout, my view is incredible, the location is very convenient and the staff are amazing.

I have had an amazing experience with Cortland East Cobb. It has a beautiful lake and walking trails, and it's a very dog- and cat-friendly community. I also appreciate that it's a non-smoking community. I enjoy being here!
