Mold
Smells of mold, mold growing in closet again.
Lived here 5 years and the smell just gets worse.
I would advise you ask about mold before signing lease!!
They just can in and sprayed something on the mold then painted over it. Hope it's not the bad mold.

Newnan Crossing Apts
Terrible don’t move here , office is never open , don’t answer phone, trash all on ground at dumpster! Rent too high , need new carpet and appliances, mold on windows no screens on them. Can’t keep maintenance people

Worst place to stay
I stayed her 1 month and 2 weeks and it were bedbugs everywhere and they didn't do nothing about it i had to break my lease .

Resident
Well its been a long time coming but I have finally found a place to call home!!!.. From the time I first walked in the office I was greeted with friendly, smiling faces and warm greetings from office management to maintenance!!! The process of moving in was smooth and watching the staff made me feel comfortable right away, and how they interact with one another makes you just happy. When i was brought to tour my apt. I was very impressed! It was cleaned immaculately! I've never seen such great... care! I moved in within a week of first reaching out. Any issue or question I've had was addressed right on the spot! The landscape is cleaned daily and I can see that great pride is taken into this community by the staff. The women in the office , the maintenance men are all awesome and i feel at home!!! I even received a brand new washer and dryer for my unit!! I can not wait to use some of the amenities offered, like the gym and the pool, and guess what?!?! I washed my car last night and vacuumed it right here in my complex because we have our own carwash!!! Yep I'll be here for a while! Thank you ladies for going over and beyond to get my application submitted and approved in record time and showing special attention to my needs. My puppy and I are home sweet home!!!

DO NOT MOVE HERE
These apartments are not worth the rent that they're asking for! They are not well kept! They have a heavy infestastation of ROACHES AND BED BUGS and SOMETIMES centipedes pop up in the bathroom! Rent is too high! They have poor maintenance, and oh not to mention the mold that is constantly growing! These apartments are not safe for people and animals! Fair warning! Make a wise choice with these! Be aware of management, they're both snakes!
