I LOVE Parc so far. I just moved in 3 days ago and I am absolutely in love with the place and I am so thankful for choosing Parc to live in my first apartment!

I’ve had a fantastic experience living at this apartment complex and happily give it 5 stars. The property is always clean, quiet, and well-maintained, which makes it feel like home. The management team is friendly, responsive, and genuinely cares about the residents—they handle maintenance requests quickly and professionally. The community feels safe and welcoming, and my neighbors have all been respectful and kind. I also really enjoy the amenities, especially the gym and the pool, which are... always in great condition. Parking is convenient, and I’ve never had any issues with noise or disruptions. It’s clear that the staff takes pride in keeping the place running smoothly. If you’re looking for a peaceful, well-managed, and comfortable place to live, I highly recommend this complex. It’s been a great experience from day one.

I like everything, but some of the electric car chargers are not working. I would appreciate it if you could fix it as soon as possible. Also, I would like to see some more chargers installed.

I truly believe this is the best apartment complex in the area. Management and maintenance is wonderful, it's always clean and has a great gym. The only down side is it's very noisy being right off of i16.
