Parc at Pooler

The water fountains in the dog park have not been working for over a year. Residents with dogs don't clean up after their pets - the grounds are covered in dog poop, despite plenty of receptacles around the property. The mail room external door also has not been correctly operational for about a year - it doesn't lock, so anyone can access the room. Building 600 stays consistently dirty, which is the fault of the residents and very disappointing.

All of the staff have been wonderful... especially Vanessa. They are all very courteous and extremely helpful. The community is very clean and it's convenient to just about everywhere

Very quiet! It is vey safe! Good location, some things to do different activities. Apartments in pretty good shape, staff is pretty friendly,

The ladies at the front office made the move in process very easy. They are very welcoming and made us feel at home. We have been for just over a week and are happy with our decision to live at park at pooler!

I have had a wonderful move-in experience thanks to the attentive staff. I really enjoy the property experience so far. During my move-in, there were some issues with timing but the leasing professionals checked in and made sure I had everything I needed to move forward. Couldn't have asked for a better experience.
