Cortland at the Village

I had an amazing experience with this apartment complex from start to finish. The property is clean, well-maintained, and truly feels like home. The amenities are great, the community is quiet and welcoming, and everything is exactly as advertised—if not better.

I especially want to give a huge shoutout to **Valerie** in the leasing office. She was absolutely incredible throughout the entire process. Valerie was professional, friendly, patient, and always willing to answer my questions. She... made the application and move-in process so smooth and stress-free, and I genuinely felt like she cared about helping me find the perfect apartment. Because of her, what could have been a stressful experience turned into an exciting one.

After 2 years I still love living here. Overall, the community is very well kept. The neighbors are nice and everyone keeps to themselves. I love the spaces layout and peaceful uninterrupted walks in the evenings.

Please do not move here. The apartments are infested. The gym equipment is always broke and never cleaned. The managers are very dismissive to any concerns. Trash piles in front of units all the time outside of valet trash days and hours. Constants water shut offs because they are always renovating.

I’ve been a resident at Cortland at the Village for almost three years. It’s a quiet community the gym and other amenities are great. The monthly community engagement activities are very organized and fun. And for the most part free (except food trucks) and free during these times are good.

Cortland at the Village is an amazing place to live! The amenities are fantastic, and the property itself is *beautiful*, with great opportunities to enjoy the outdoors. The pickleball courts are used almost every night, and it's always a fun time! Also, as an electric vehicle owner, it's great having numerous onsite EV chargers.

Furthermore, I have never lived in an apartment with a better management team than the team at Cortland at the Village. They are friendly, very responsive, and very... helpful. They also host community events which are genuinely very fun; I've attended swing dancing, a casino night, and pickleball mixers, and have thoroughly enjoyed each event.

Overall, I have lived in 6 different apartments over the years, and Cortland has been the best by far! Lee mas
