Fern Point Apartments

We have lived here going on 3 years. It seemed great at first. It sounded too good to be true and it was. We eventually found out that a lot of what we were told BEFORE we signed the lease was false or misleading. The manager is a joke. She is never hardly there when you need her and the maintenance is an even bigger joke. We've had maintenance issues for over a year that have not been addressed. Yes you read that correctly.... We told then over a year ago IN WRITING and most of the issues have... been fixed. The rent has went up every single year and we were told at first that it never would go up. Just got a letter a week ago that it's going up another $20 in January and it just increased $10 a few months ago! As soon as we find another place we are moving. They also pop in your apartment completely unannounced which is ILLEGAL unless it's an emergency and the times they walked in on us were no where near regencies. All I know is that as soon as we leave I am contacting corporate and giving them the facts about this place. Worried that if I do it before we get another house they will find a reason to try and evict us. That's just how the manager at this place is. Just take my advice and stay as far away from these apartments as u can. Lee mas
