Northbrrok Melemanu Woodlands

I love this place! I've lived all over the island and this place is the best all around place to live. The prices of the units don't break the bank and It's location is Ideal. Only 3 minutes from Wheeler Army Airfield and Schofield Barracks and it's not in Wahiawa and believe me that's a huge plus! We have 3 kids they enjoy it here. Mililani Middle School is a really nice School it's a track school tho so it makes life a little interesting. The kids go to school for 6-9 weeks and get a break for... 3 weeks. The reason they have to do that is because there are 5 different elementary schools in Mililani, the best in my opinion is Kipapa Elementary, which is about 2 miles away. there are 4 others in mililani and they all go to mililani middle after elementary. Mililani High School also just ranked #1 school in the state for 2014. its a wicked good high school! Enough about Mililani let's get back to the apartment already! Okay, so each unit has it's own washer and dryer, about 1600 square feet of living space with a nice sized balcony connected to the living room. It's really breezy we didn't need to run AC until the past couple weeks when it got into the 90's! the building has a pool, trash shoots on each floor next to the elevator. A parking garage the clearance is about 6'7''. Which is pretty good I drive a truck stock height fits no problem, If you have a lifted truck you might not fit. North Shore's famous beaches are only 15 minutes down the road! Leeward Community College is 15 minutes away. I love it here! Friendly neighbors, perfect for military, or if you have children, close to the beach, schools, stores. This place is Ideal if you want to live on Oahu and be able to put money back in you pocket after you pay the bills! Lee mas
