HIGH RENT FOR SUBPAR PROPERTY
Property was developed in a nature that shows money grab. Garages are available for apartment tenants, but not enough for all units. Cheap materials were used in construction, basic appliances installed into the units. Landscaping is terrible. Standing water in grassy areas, parking is limited. Disabled vehicles take up parking spaces. With the high rent, I’m expecting high quality units and common spaces. The quality of the gym and pool area is below what it should be, especially when rent is... this high. This property should have been all apartments or all townhomes, not both. Here’s to hope new property management can turn this property around.
