I have loved living here but want noise complaints to be taken more seriously by staff. Anytime one is filed, the security is great about it but staff takes it like a joke.

Love my apartment, it is so comfy cozy. Except for when our downstairs neighbors blast music. Walls aren’t that good at blocking out noise. The leasing office tells us there isn’t really anything they can do for us most of the time. Other than that the community here is amazing and it is always clean

The staff is always so kind and helpful! They are quick to take care of any maintenance issues that arise as well! The events are well run and super fun, too!

I love the different events, that are hosted almost weekly by the Have, e.g energy drinks this morning or christmas gift wrapping last week!

I’ve absolutely loved living at The Hive. The space is super spacious, which makes it easy to really feel at home, and the overall environment is comfortable and welcoming. My roommate and my dog both love it too it’s been such a great place for all of us. I genuinely enjoy coming back here every day. Highly recommend!
