I had a great experience working with RISE this past year. Would highly recommend to anyone looking for housing in the Iowa City area.

RISE at Riverfront Crossings is one of the best apartment complexes in Iowa City. They offer unmatched amenities that you won't find anywhere else. I would highly recommend RISE to anyone looking for housing in the Iowa City area.

I've lived at RISE for 2 years and have really enjoyed it. The price is definitely worth it with everything that is included and vs. the other places in Iowa City I've lived. Staff has always been super helpful and they do everything they can to help when any issues arise (which is rare). The on call staff option is a game changer because everywhere else i've lived has NEVER offered a lock out option for people to be let in at any time of the night when the office isn't open

RISE lacks compassion during a global crisis. As of today, RISE is draining money from an international college student, trapped abroad in the UK, by pressuring them to pay rent and utilities and applying late fees on a unit the student is not occupying. This student cannot leave their country because of the COVID-19 crisis. Unlike RISE, many other property managements and landlords in Iowa City have stepped up to help their tenants. RISE, owned by an extremely wealthy national real estate... company, is in position provide assistance and understanding to their tenants during these difficult times. I personally believe it is their moral duty to do so. Obviously, RISE's non-compassionate actions comes down to money which means sucking the resources from those hardest hit to fill the pockets of investors in Chicago and around the country. This money doesn't stay in the community. If you want to support Iowa City and the local community, then look elsewhere to live. Lee mas
