Telluride has a great location to down town iowa city. However, their management is awful. We have not had hot water for over three weeks now. We have been in contact with the landlord and they told us to let the water run until it gets hot, 30 minutes later we got luke warm water. We have made maintenance request, emailed and called the landlord multiple times. They have not done anything to fix the problem, just stating that we have hot water and that they are within code of the city, which... now to find out they aren't after having the city come look at our water. After two weeks of fighting with them we received an email that they are getting new water heaters, but not for another two weeks, but they still have told us there is nothing wrong with our water. AWFUL management. The great location is not worth living here. Lee mas
