I enjoy the amenities and love the layout of my apartment! No major issues my first few weeks. The only issue I have encountered is the A/C not working as well on days that are above 80 degrees. I am hopeful that it won’t happen again. The team here communicates well and works hard to resolve any issues quickly!

Sketchy and unresponsive

Very disappointed in the current property management team. If you have an issue with maintenance, the office will ignore you until it is convenient for them, or just will never help at all. We have significant water damage in our ceiling from upstairs neighbors that has been neglected for nearly 3 months, causing it to yellow and mold. They have been completely uncooperative and are trying to keep us from breaking our lease, regardless of our rights and 30 day notice.
Aside from our current... issue - last summer, they neglected to fix our AC during 80+ degree days, for weeks, while I was approximately 36 weeks pregnant.
Hope this helps when deciding on renting from Renew Jordan Creek while under management of Trinity Properties.
