Captain Apartments

Rent is affordable and very convenient location. The apartments are old, but well built. Beautiful view if you are in the building facing the cemetery. I can have my pets. It has quieted down around here and most nights are peaceful and quiet. Overall, I have been happy enough to keep me here for the last 11 years.

I've been here two 1/2 years (not willingly) and the only good things about it are that they accept pets and the lower rent. There is no extra storage, the dumpster area is always a mess, few people pick up after their pets, rent raises every half a year or so, and well known for its drug dealers and users. It's not uncommon to see police cars and hear people screaming obscenities at each other or their kids. Landscaping is so-so and if you have more than one car, parking sucks most days. My... husband and I tolerate it as there are a handful of nicer people here and everywhere else is so expensive!! Definitely not a good place to raise kids. Its good to get you by temporarily, but personally I wanted out after 6 months. Lee mas

if your looking for basics and not too picky this is the place for you. nice for a small family though no w/d inside there is one on sight.
