Windsor Estate Apartments

El apartamento es bonito y cómodo, pero desde que me mudé aquí tengo problemas con las plagas de cucarachas es bastante desagradable y el refrigerador huele a animal muerto hasta ahora no me lo han cambiado, pero desearía que me ayudaran pronto con esos problemas.

We had a very disappointing experience with this property, especially with customer service and maintenance.

When we moved in, we were never given the chance to see the unit beforehand. On move-in day, the apartment was dirty and poorly maintained. The cabinets were old and faded, blinds were broken, the bathroom sink was damaged, the bathtub hardware was rusty, and the main bedroom closet door wouldn’t even close.

Despite reporting these issues immediately, it took nearly a month for... maintenance to respond. When they finally did, the sink was only partially repaired, the blinds were replaced, and the manager promised to “call back” about the cabinets — but no real solution has ever been offered.

The amenities are equally disappointing. The gym is outdated, dirty, and poorly maintained, with some equipment completely broken. The bathrooms and showers are filthy, smell terrible, and shockingly, one shower is even used as storage for garbage.

It’s a shame, because the apartment itself has potential and we do like the layout, but the lack of care, professionalism, and maintenance leaves a lot to be desired. Lee mas

Moving from Michigan it was very important to us to find a community that didn’t feel super cramped, and where we felt comfortable with the staff. This community stood MILES above any of the other complexes we had toured. The apartments are very roomy, and I love the walking trail around the facility. I’m happy to call Windsor home.

Windsor Estates feels like home even just after 2 weeks of living there! Great location, great floor plan, great services, great agents. Overall it has been a pleasant experience and looking forward to spending more time at home and the community!

We continue to be amazed and the efficiency of the apartment complex system. The staff is amazing. Grounds are impecable. Common areas are well kept up. (We Wish the pickleball court was more useable! ) We contacted the maintenance dept and received help within 24 hours (we reported on a sunday)! Great apartment.
