Maryann is always so helpful when I call with a issue & it’s resolved asap & the new girls at the front ofc are very nice assist mgr & mgr & the maintenance guys are very helpful , great team of people ????

I have lived in this apartment complex for 33 years and quite happy with living here. Just met the new boss lady Michell this week and I like here very much.

Maintenance staff lack knowledge, and even the smallest of tasks also not enough staff members to come out to address issues according to time requested. Also, we wish that they would at least clean the hallways clear the garbage around the premises at least once a week there’s been garbage left in the hallways and on stairways and you can tell no one comes out to clean by how long it’s there literally a month at a time.

This place is now very confusing as we dont knowm who even works in the leasing office anymore There needs to be much better communicatiobn to let us know who is qworking here from front office to maintenance
