The Meadows at River Run

So far my (our) experience has been wonderful. The building is clean and well lit. Our apartment is amazing. We are very satisfied. I can't wait to see what the community is all about.

Walls are very thin, can hear your neighbors. People don't pick up after their dogs. Nice area to live. Quiet 95% of the time. It is close to several shopping venues big & small.

I really like the layout and the somewhat larger apartments. The prices have gotten too high however.
As this is Bolingbrook, the water is VERY expensive.
The grounds are kept nice and clean, except by the dumpsters is a disaster.

August starts the seventh year. We will be living here. The management all the way through the maintenance staff is like a family. It’s pleasure to have like a family orelationships with them rather than client to supervisor. It says a lot when you drive through the parking lot and maintenance people waved to you.

The leasing staff is very helpful and accommodating. I would say the actual apartment is really nice even for not being newly renovated. As far as the quality of the apartment someone should be supervising or checking work that’s done in renovations like the flooring in my apartment has tons of spaces between the boards and I’m trying to get someone to fix it or replace it before I start to actually move stuff into the living room. Cause whoever installed the floor did a terrible job, excuse my... language anyone could have figured that out. And the spaces leave room for dirt or and liquids that get spilled cause it happens to get in between the boards and leave it susceptible to organic growth. But that’s just my personal issue with my unit. Everything else is nice, parking is easy for me, they have handicap spots, garages that are spacious, the rooms themselves are spacious.
