It is nice and the forest is great behind our building. I like seeing the deer and all the wildlife. It is a nice break from life when you look out back and there is a herd of deer

Always drove past thinking how beautiful and nice it looks from the outside and now i get to live here. Its amazing and beautiful place to live. So quite and very clean my kids love it here. Very close to their schools, shopping and so many walks we can take this summer.

Overall I’ve had a pretty good year here I believe the rent is a bit over priced but besides that not a bad place to live a few people who leave trash and pet waste around which gets annoying because who wants rodents in was blessed to not have any issues in that department so I won’t complain to much

Random people constantly try to walk into my apartment without knocking. It’s usually the people renovating other units. Also, if mail sits for too long by the mail boxes, other residents will go through it. Opening the packages and then putting it back by the mailboxes (opened) if it’s something they don’t like. The water in my building gets shut off without notice.
