Maintenance request Sent a high priority maintenance request through the Resident app at 5:30 am. When I hadn't heard anything all day I called and was told that the maintenance department didn't see my request. Once I talked to someone they came over in about 15 minutes. So I guess it would be 5 for the response and 0 for the app.
