Outstanding Super Cool Staff

My daughter lives at 30 East and LOVES it! She is a student attending Columbia College and enjoys having everything she needs close by. Stunning views, secure entrance and clean apartments. But what makes this place so special is the super cool STAFF. They go above and beyond to make residents feel happy and have fun. Cool events ranging from grocery bingo to free flower making and many more. It makes me as a parent want to live there. Thanks for going that extra step and making 30 East... Outstanding!

Quality of life is ??????????

The process of moving in, the experience of living here, and the transfer process between floor plans have been extremely smooth and the staff is incredibly responsive and helpful. Very very happy to be living here, and can’t think of a reason why I’d ever leave.
