HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE

PLEASE DO NHOT WASTE YOUR TIME HERE!

Been living here since May and I regret it everyday. Looks can be very deceiving. The apartments are renovated but the building is roach infested, poorly unkept and the property manager knows absolutely nothing.

The water is turned off every month for "repairs" and the heat is currently not working as we are in October.

Find another place to live, Itll be worth your while.

DO NOT waste your time here

This apartment building is absolutely disgusting and management is even worse. Been living here since May and the water has been turned off for full days at least 2 times every month.

They don't do a great job of screening tenants for the building so there have been drug transacts and noise complaints. Of course you don't see these things just from viewing the apartment on the first day, I regret living here every single day.

Now that it is winter time, the heat works sometimes and sometimes... it doesn't. please look else where this is NOT a place ANYONE should live. Looks can be deceiving.

Horrible Property

There is no maintenance

The property manager is unknown

The interior/exterior looks horrible

The property isn't cleaned daily

The washers/dryers don't work

Easy access to the property

Unknown people/non tenants roaming the building

Trash is left throughout hallways, stairwells, elevators and basement

The elevator hardly work

The mailboxes are missing doors

Windows don't have screens

No heat

There are roaches and mice

Exterminators come whenever they want
