My overall experience living here has been very difficult. There’s a serious lack of honesty and professionalism from both management and maintenance, and it has created an environment that feels unsafe and untrustworthy. Communication is poor, promises aren’t kept, and residents are often misled or ignored. The ongoing stress from these conditions has affected my health and sense of security. I hope the company will take residents’ concerns seriously and start operating with real transparency... and accountability. Lee mas

Overall a great community. Management has really stepped up and taken the lead with issues in the building and has hosted community events. Great place to live and very convenient to public transit, grocery stores, and nightlife!

I been a Resident for over 10 years and it's a nice place to live and in a great location close to downtown.

I was told I had no appointment when I arrived. I was assumed to be low income and I am not. I never got a tour or an apology for getting a wealth of incorrect information.

DO NOT RENT HERE!! I’ve been living here over two years and let me tell you.. this place horrible. The front door to the building does not lock, so anyone on the street can walk right in. Our garage door was broken for MONTHS and what did the management team do? JUST LEFT IT OPEN TO THE STREET. Cars were broken into, packages are constantly stolen, and it’s just unsafe. Don’t bother submitting a maintenance request because no one will come to fix anything. I can’t wait to leave this dump.
