Roosevelt Collection Lofts

Been here since 2019 and I love the location as it’s nearby to grocery stores, local eateries, fitness/wellness centers, and clothes/goods shops. You can walk or take one of the many buses/trains to easily get around Chicago.
I would say one of the best things about the apartment units themselves is how soundproof the walls are, being concrete. Other than sounds from the hall, I would say we can’t hear our neighbors at all! Our west facing unit gets great natural lighting throughout the day, so... our plants and pets are happy. The facilities are clean and well maintained, the staff are friendly, the area feels safe at all times of day, and overall we have really enjoyed being in this part of South Loop for all these years! I love living at Roosevelt Collections. I cannot believe it has almost been one year since I have been here. I have enjoyed every minute of it. It is close to everything I need. I will definitely be renewing!

Enjoying my time so far, no complaints! Patio area is very nice, amenities are excellent, and I look forward to living at the Roosevelt for a long time!

Wonderful community and staff. I’m very happy that when I share a legitimate concern with our leasing manager, Allison, she listens attentively and considers it. The staff here is truly wonderful and friendly, exactly what a real community should feel like.

I’ve lived in this building for five years. I take care of my space, pay rent on time, and have never caused any issues — but my recent experience with Roosevelt Collection Lofts and Bozzuto has been incredibly frustrating.

For two months, I’ve been trying to add my partner to my lease. He has submitted all the necessary and acceptable documentation multiple times, and yet we’ve gotten nothing but back-and-forth, delays, and a complete lack of follow-through. We’ve called, emailed, and even... contacted corporate — and still no real response.

No one ever seems to be available in the office, and when we do finally get in touch, we’re met with vague answers and no accountability. We’re also seriously concerned about how his personal information is being handled, since we’ve submitted sensitive documents more than once without any clear communication or resolution.

It would honestly be impossible to include everything we’ve gone through in this review — the stress and wasted time. What should’ve been a happy and exciting step in our lives has turned into a mentally draining, disappointing and unwelcoming experience. It feels like Roosevelt Collection Lofts and Bozzuto is only interested in collecting a rent check, not in actually supporting residents if an issue occurs.

They should be absolutely embarrassed by the lack of professionalism in how this has been handled. Why do they insist on wasting everyones time like this? Why is it so hard to get any real help?

I don’t usually post reviews like this, but at this point, we’ve been left with no other choice. I am extremely disappointed that what should be a simple lease addendum has led to stress and unresolved issues. Lee mas
