As a resident who’s lived 4 years, my experience has not been the best. I have experienced numerous issues in my apartment, and with new management. RC lofts and Bozzuto needs to do better.

Living here has been great, the staff is excellent and helpful, and the amenities are great. The neighborhood is nice and quiet but convenient to anywhere in the city.

Overall, I’ve had a positive experience living in the apartment—it's a nice space, and the staff has always been helpful and responsive. That said, a recurring issue has been the persistent smell of marijuana coming from down the hall every night. Even if it's from a vape pen, the odor regularly makes its way into my living room and lingers. I've submitted multiple complaints to the front desk, but unfortunately, the situation hasn’t improved. I specifically chose this building because of its no... smoking/no vaping policy, and it's frustrating to pay premium rent while this rule is not being enforced. I hope this issue can be addressed more effectively moving forward.

I love the staff here. Everyone is so nice and always smiling. Makes living here so worth it! I also love the amenities. It is nice having an apartment with everything you need!
