My experience so far has been a little above average. I had some early plumbing issues but they have since been resolved. Some of the staff have been helpful and friendly, but not all. I would appreciate more of a willingness from onsite staff to actually assist residents with their needs.

Everyone here is very friendly. Staff is very responsive. Their community events are often and fun. Love the area. It’s nice to walk around and so close to everything.

I love the events they create throughout the month which is so needed for the world today. It makes residents feel special and appreciated. I love how courteous the management staff is as well.

I really enjoy my stay here at the Roosevelt Collections. From the luxurious entry way to the very friendly, kind and supportive concierge this place really makes you feel at home. The loft style layout is immaculate with top of the line stainless steel and granite countertops. The views here are amazing and pleasing to the eye. The amenities are beautiful clean and comfy to say the least. I enjoy the fact that RC is pet friendly and making dog walks enjoyable and safe. I feel like I have... everything I need right outside of my door. I would highly recommend if you would like a peaceful lifestyle in a busy city!

Been here since 2019 and I love the location as it’s nearby to grocery stores, local eateries, fitness/wellness centers, and clothes/goods shops. You can walk or take one of the many buses/trains to easily get around Chicago.
I would say one of the best things about the apartment units themselves is how soundproof the walls are, being concrete. Other than sounds from the hall, I would say we can’t hear our neighbors at all! Our west facing unit gets great natural lighting throughout the day, so... our plants and pets are happy. The facilities are clean and well maintained, the staff are friendly, the area feels safe at all times of day, and overall we have really enjoyed being in this part of South Loop for all these years!
