Love this apartment! Management is great and so is the community. If we’ve ever needed maintenance, they come same day. And we love the South Loop night market is hosted here once per week…so fun! Hands down the apartment I’ve lived in!

The building team is friendly and helpful. The parking monitors have been a bit challenging, but overall great experience so far. Wish the rent hadn’t increased so much after the first year. We’d love to stay if the rent does not increase so significantly.

We enjoy our apartment and most of the employees at RC. However lately, there have been some that are not friendly or even speak to you as a resident. Very concerning for long time residents.

We love living at Roosevelt Collection Lofts. The community and amenities are great, and the leasing office team led by Allison is phenomenal — she’s always professional and helpful. That said, service quality has slipped recently. The delivery system no longer provides reliable notifications, which is inconvenient. Some of the newer front desk staff don’t greet residents, and one younger employee who also works in the mailroom is consistently rude and gives off negative energy. While everyone... can have an off day, ongoing rudeness is not acceptable. Also, since this is a pet-friendly building, cleanliness needs more attention — especially in the elevators and on P3, which don’t smell as fresh as they used to. Overall, we love our home and appreciate much of the staff, but hope management addresses these issues to maintain the high standard this community is known for.

You mentioned the package delivery system, we recently switched... software and that can result in some hiccups; however, we are working to ensure timely updates and deliveries. We have had some recent staffing changes and are working on improved communication and customer service, so we hope to soon win back your trust.
