While we love living in the building and the location, but it has seen a downturn over the past year. Repair orders go unfulfilled. Been waiting over a year for a “part” to fix an HVAC system that no longer works. Temperatures reached nearly 85 degrees daily with no assistance from the office management. Hallways are filthy and not cleaned regularly. Dog area is constantly soiled. While it may sound like complaints, these are legitimate issues and as residents for over five years it’s very... concerning. Recently we tried to transfer apartments and we were waiting on verification from the property manager if we could complete the transfer. While we waited for a week with zero communication, it wasn’t until I reached out again to discover the apartment was rented out from underneath us. This is NOT how you treat good standing residents and only prioritize new ones. Just our thoughts.

Living at Roosevelt Collection Lofts has been a truly great experience. The staff and management team are incredibly friendly, responsive, and always willing to help, which makes a big difference in day-to-day living. The community itself is clean, well-maintained, and has a welcoming atmosphere that makes you feel right at home.
One of the things I appreciate most is how organized and professional everything is—from maintenance requests to general communication. The environment is not only... comfortable but also safe and community-oriented. Overall, it’s a fantastic place to live, and I would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a clean, friendly, and well-managed community.

Everything was smooth and good, except for the neighbor using a food processor late at night—sometimes starting after 11:30 PM and lasting until 3:00 AM. The noise was incredibly loud!
