Building staff are wonderful- very helpful and welcoming. Amenities are well maintained and they offer fun events throughout the month for the community. Great location, a block away from the lake and quiet neighborhood. Bus station is a block away but it is a bit of a walk to the train. Very easy move-in process, and they were very flexible timing of move-in. Wish my kitchen was bigger, and had better natural light, but that's my only gripe so far!

Quiet, clean, great security and front desk personnel, everyone has been super helpful so far. Great laundry facilities and easy trash chute/recycling set up!

Moving in was very smooth and everyone was very helpful, especially Bri and Robert. There were certain things in the apartment that needed fixed and my concerns were immediately acted upon with work orders placed on my move in day.
