Nice interior, but not a luxury experience
We moved here from a true luxury apartment, and while the interior of our unit is nicely finished, that’s where the positives end. The common areas—including hallways and elevators—are frequently dirty, with noticeable carpet stains and, on multiple occasions, pet waste in the elevators. When we reported a missing package to management, the response was dismissive and unhelpful.
Even before moving in, the experience felt somewhat impersonal. The tour we received was brief and lacked detail, and... when we asked for a virtual tour, we were only provided with a pre-recorded video rather than a live walkthrough. In contrast, our previous building maintained much higher standards: monthly carpet cleanings, responsive management, and a strong sense of community accountability.
Unfortunately, this property does not reflect the quality or service one would expect at this price point. We would not recommend it.
