Once you get all moved in you’re on your own. They will promise you that there are no bugs but I guarantee there are. If you call for repairs often they will block your phone number. The parking is horrible. Do not request a washer or dryer because None of them work properly. If you complain about bugs you’ll be called a liar. There are multiple owners and none of them communicate with each other. It’s always he said she said. They all lie. And I’m warning you now you’ll never get a deposit back... if and when you move out. Beware beware beware. It’s too bad because this could be a nice place if it was taken care of and ran properly. We have had multiple issues with the maintenance and landlords at this apartment complex. We have had a leak for 31 days that came through our ceiling. After that we have waited to get the doors put back on to cover the AC unit and the hot water heater that our kids walk past everyday. When we moved in nothing was cleaned. We were told that when we saw it the person just moved out and then would be cleaned immediately. If you move in here and expect things to get fixed in even an... unreasonable amount of time, you will definitely be upset. Lee mas
