The Commons at Wynne Farms Apartments

1. Wrote a new review on 8/17/22 Management or owner care nothing about resolving fumes of skunk an other smells of chemical coming into my unit. When I looked at these units to lease in 2020. I was told it was a smoke free community that’s why I chose these apartments. Now with new management she stated it was STUPID for prior manager to put smoke free. This is affecting my health an my pets we get no proper sleep at all & we have trouble breathing when woken from fumes. I have constant... migraines. The person causing this havoc watches over the manager’s nephew, so of course nothing will be done. so much more to all this it’s disturbing”. I love my apartment an the area , I don’t care for the unworthiness of the manager & supervisor that has told the owner they’ve inspected an find nothing. All these fumes take place late at night thru the early AM in the morning of course they aren’t going to find smells they are not here during those hours. Plus the manager knows an the supervisor that he also smokes cigars cause they were adamant that he smokes outside. I’ve contact corp several times in the last two months an no response no integrity whatsoever that they do not address my concerns personally with a meting or call. They need to place him in another unit since he’s the one creating havoc on our health an second hand smoke does kill!!! Like I’m saying I love my apartment I don’t care that rules have been changed with new management an she could care less of my health.

These are new, very large Apartments with very nice walk-in closets and tons of cabinets. They are pet friendly with dog yards for our furry friends. The grounds are kept very clean and well maintained. The office staff is very nice and knowledgable. My neighbors are very friendly. Maintenance has been fairly quick in fixing any problems that have come up. I am very happy here and will stay as long as it stays as it is.
