Governor Square

I loved my 2 bedroom apartment I rented from 2018-2021. Only moved out because we were leaving overseas for a while. The staff is very friendly, the grounds are kept nice. I loved quiet neighbors and became good friends with a few. There are tons of stores within walking distance! The only thing is they could be a little more responsive about maintenance requests. The apartments are a little costly. Please have more rent specials!

Overpriced apartment, only objective of the landlord is to screw up the life of the poor tenants and fine them at every single opportunity. Increases rent on every renewal by $100 or more even though the same apartment is sold at much lesser price in the apartment postings. It is also dirty and has lot of plumbing issues.

I love living here! The community is quite and my neighbors are all friendly. The renovations are beautiful and you can’t beat the space!

I am begging you to please NOT rent here. This property has very poor management, apartments that are not ready for move in, poor communication and all around a bad community. I could go on and on about the place. Management will lie to get more money out of you, even after moving out. Upon moving in, our heat did not work (wires and everything hanging out when we first walked in on move-in day). Had to move-in in 10* weather with no heat. Then in the summer, our AC did not work!!! Over the 15... months we were here, we had over 11+ maintenance requests, 5 within the first two months. PLEASE LOOK ELSEWHERE. Lee mas

A very nice family oriented community. The people are very nice. You're family here. In the summer there is swimming. The children go to school together and play together. They have pets that are not wild pets. It is very clean and safe here. The people in the office are very nice and helpful always ready to help. The office is a very professional place that is always clean and the people are very friendly.
That what living at Governors is about family living.
