I signed a lease for a townhome on January 8th, 2026. When I moved in the washing machine was not working. I am still without a washing machine today - January 21st.

One of the toilets began leaking around the base all over the bathroom floor and it took 3 days to have that repaired.

The hot water heater makes extremely loud popping and banging noises. My first work order related to the hot water heather was ignored as "functioning normally." The reply for my second work order related to the... hot water heater was that it was just mineral deposits and could not be drained until warmer weather. I am truly afraid for the safety of my family.

Today, I found a dead cockroach in my crockpot.

All of this has happened in a little under 2 weeks.

I have asked for my lease to be terminated without penalty and all deposit money returned to me. The apartment is not in livable condition. I will update this review as the situation progresses. I do not advise that anyone lease here. Read More

I loved my 2 bedroom apartment I rented from 2018-2021. Only moved out because we were leaving overseas for a while. The staff is very friendly, the grounds are kept nice. I loved quiet neighbors and became good friends with a few. There are tons of stores within walking distance! The only thing is they could be a little more responsive about maintenance requests. The apartments are a little costly. Please have more rent specials!

Overpriced apartment, only objective of the landlord is to screw up the life of the poor tenants and fine them at every single opportunity. Increases rent on every renewal by $100 or more even though the same apartment is sold at much lesser price in the apartment postings. It is also dirty and has lot of plumbing issues.

I love living here! The community is quite and my neighbors are all friendly. The renovations are beautiful and you can’t beat the space!

I am begging you to please NOT rent here. This property has very poor management, apartments that are not ready for move in, poor communication and all around a bad community. I could go on and on about the place. Management will lie to get more money out of you, even after moving out. Upon moving in, our heat did not work (wires and everything hanging out when we first walked in on move-in day). Had to move-in in 10* weather with no heat. Then in the summer, our AC did not work!!!
