The Manning Apartamentos

Upon first arriving we had a major unexpected emergency attempting to move into our initial complex. If it had not been for April, the current leasing coordinator, coming in on her day off and assisting us we would not have been able to move in. She was professional and thorough, and was able to quickly solve our issue. We are very grateful to her for her quick assistance and service. The entire staff including maintenance and management handled the situation professionally and were outstanding.... While the move in process was rocky at first- the staff made up for the issue. We are very pleased with the living situation currently and are happy to work with the manning! Lee mas

There have been a few bumps in the road. But everything was take care of in the end. Most things get addressed.

0/10 wouldn’t recommend these apartments, they only have one maintenance person, and expect him to do every single thing on the property. They are petty about their money orders. You can’t be five minutes late turning it in or they won’t except it more and more young people are moving in letting their kids run around everywhere and they don’t care.

These apartments are amazing because of the management that keeps the community beautiful. My children love it here. I have been living here for 3 years and I have no complaints! Through summer to winter, they make this place feel clean. I would recommend these apartments to my friends!

my mom lived here before and I was living with her, this apartment was the best place to live in also my grandma lived there too. I loved it , it was my favorite and still is! I'm gonna get my own apartment soon, and I will pick this apartment and I will tell everyone about this!!!
