Step outside to over 4,000 sq. ft. of outdoor living space with panoramic views, a year-round gas grill, seating area around the outdoor fireplace, and a covered year-round hot tub on the East Portico. The historic Round Room, built in 1938, offers dining for 18, lounge seating around the Smart TV, and a cozy wood-burning stove. The gourmet kitchen is equipped with dual ovens, dishwashers, wine fridges, a dedicated under-counter ice maker, and an expansive island with bar seating for 6.

We can accommodate up to 26 guests, and additional guest fees apply over 14 guests. We are dog-friendly, allowing up to five dogs with additional fees. A two-night minimum stay is required, with a three-night minimum for observed holidays. Licensee must be at least 30 years of age. No high school, college, after-prom party, or any other underage groups allowed. No bachelor or similar groups permitted. Excessive cleaning, if required, is billed at $35 per hour. Repairs due to damages are $45 per hour. If anything becomes ruined or missing, you will be charged accordingly. No illegal, dangerous, or non-family oriented activities or items are permitted. No commercial or retail entities or third-party service providers are allowed. No smoking inside or anywhere within 15 feet of any open door or window, with a $1,000 fine. Only four cars are allowed at any point in time. Overflow parking is 2 miles away. Neighborhood quiet hours are strictly enforced from 9 PM to 9 AM. Parties, events, lack of decorum, and disruptive noise will not be tolerated. Tampering with monitoring devices is strictly prohibited and will result in a $350 fine. Outside music is not permitted anytime.
