A two-night minimum stay is required, with a three-night minimum for observed holidays. The licensee must be at least 30 years of age. No high school, college, after-prom party, or any other underage groups are allowed. No bachelor or similar groups are permitted. A signed vacation rental agreement is required for rental. An additional guest fee of $25 per person per night applies over 6 people. Maximum occupancy is 10 individuals, not including children less than two years of age. No illegal, dangerous, or non-family-oriented activities or items are permitted. No commercial or retail entities or third-party service providers are allowed. No smoking inside or within 15 feet of any open door or window, with a $1000 fine for violations. A total of three cars are allowed in the designated parking spots at any time, including visitors. Overflow parking is 2 miles away. Neighborhood quiet hours are strictly enforced from 9 PM to 9 AM. Parties, events, lack of decorum, and disruptive noise will not be tolerated. Outdoor music is not permitted after 9 PM. Small wireless Bluetooth speakers are permitted except during quiet hours. Tampering with monitoring devices will result in a $350 fine. Lee mas
