No illegal, dangerous, or non-family oriented activities or items are permitted, including underage drinking, illegal narcotics, strippers, beach fires, kegs, deep fryers, fireworks, and other flammable items. No commercial or retail entities or third-party service providers are allowed. Smoking is not permitted inside or within 15 feet of any open door or window, with a $1,000 fine for violations.
