Garfield Terrace Apartments

I highly recommend this place. It’s in a decent neighborhood. Close to the interstate. Near fountain square and Garfield park. Cozy and affordable place. The manager is always open and welcoming !

these are a little small but the price is good at 499 mth and the electric bill is very low. but we need to move out of this area because so many reasons.

Want to walk only 50-feet to speak with your landlord and maintenance staff? Us too! Do you love having kindly neighbors who will happily chat with you on the porch but also leave you alone when you need privacy? Outstanding!
These pet-friendly apartments and townhouses are well suited for the Indianapolis commuter; I-65 is seconds away, providing easy... access to downtown Indianapolis within minutes by car (if you haven't already hopped on a bus to get you there first!).
What's that? You don't like the city? No problem! Walk a block to the Garfield Park branch of the Indianapolis Public library and take your book to a cozy spot in Garfield Park. Or just hang out inside these well-insulated and attractive brick dwellings. Either way, you'll feel great to call this place your home! Lee mas
