I was initially placed into a room that was not completely cleaned and turned from the previous tenant, which was frustrating. I was moved to another room that was clean, however was not on the floor I wanted.

We strive to ensure every apartment is... move-in ready, and we regret that we fell short of that expectation in your case. Everyone has been so helpful. John and I so much appreciate all the kindness and help that the office and people have shown us. We are also grateful for the help of bringing us our deliveries (John broke his toe), to our front door.

Great amenities, wifi and bus are down a lot. Staff communication is okay. Do love the giveaways and events, just wish they’d announce the winners of the giveaways!

Lovely place with lovely people. Maintenance is quick to respond to a work order and they complete them correctly the first time. Office staff is also nice.
