WE HAVE LIVED HERE 15 YEARS. UNFORTUNATELY , WE DON'T HAVE THE RESOURCES TO MOVE. THEY HAVE IGNORED SEVERAL WATER LEAKS. THIS HAS CAUSED WEAK FLOORS AND CONTAMINATION. OUR BUILDING HAS BEEN NEGLECTED ON THE INSIDE. A FEW PEOPLE HAVE BEEN HURT AND WILL CONTINUE TO IF CONDITIONS AREN'T REPAIRED. I SAVED THE BUILDING FROM A FIRE IN THE LAUNDRY ROOM. WATER WAS LEAKING INTO THE LIGHT FIXTURE ! THE HALLWAYS SMELL LIKE MOLD. MANAGEMENTS HAVE BEEN UNCOOPERATIVE AND IN SOME CASES CORRUPT.

I have lived in my current apt for almost 3yrs and believe it was a Godsent. Replacing windows before this winter. Being a single mom having to be a full time care giver to a baby with a neurological disorder... and brain cancer limits my income and increases my stress.
