LONG TIME RESIDENTS
WE HAVE LIVED HERE 15 YEARS. UNFORTUNATELY , WE DON'T HAVE THE RESOURCES TO MOVE. THEY HAVE IGNORED SEVERAL WATER LEAKS. THIS HAS CAUSED WEAK FLOORS AND CONTAMINATION. OUR BUILDING HAS BEEN NEGLECTED ON THE INSIDE. A FEW PEOPLE HAVE BEEN HURT AND WILL CONTINUE TO IF CONDITIONS AREN'T REPAIRED. I SAVED THE BUILDING FROM A FIRE IN THE LAUNDRY ROOM. WATER WAS LEAKING INTO THE LIGHT FIXTURE ! THE HALLWAYS SMELL LIKE MOLD. MANAGEMENTS HAVE BEEN UNCOOPERATIVE AND IN SOME CASES CORRUPT.

No place like home....
I have lived in my current apt for almost 3yrs and believe it was a Godsent. I have a 2bedroom with washer dryer hook ups, dishwasher, central air, kids for my children to play within the neighborhood. Management is so nice and helpful and have been doing so many improvements in the past 6mo with lawn care up keep, new pathos, balconies, new siding, new roof andd
Replacing windows before this winter. Being a single mom having to be a full time care giver to a baby with a neurological disorder... and brain cancer limits my income and increases my stress. My management here is very understanding of my situation and respectful to take their shoes off even before entering my home. I'm planning on renewing my lease again in Nov
