I rented my first apartment at Adventura Clear Creek and though it was a completely new process to me, I had no difficulties at all because the staff and management all went out of their way with effort and attention to walk me through it.
My apartment is the nicest I’ve seen by far compared to others of the same price range and had many additional or better features than the other complexes I visited. It is much more spacious, clean, looks completely new. I saw a few small issues with window... features upon moving in and they were fixed the next day. I couldn’t be happier with my experience so far.
