Management isn't able to do much, overall its poor quality shows and is maintained with a lack of following through. Seriously, encourage you to look else where. You do not want to live here longterm! Kind of agreed by the majority and oh the horror stories...

I am extremely disappointed with this place & would not recommend them to anyone I know. The management lacks professionalism & DOES not respond to emails or return phone calls. I moved in on 6/30 & have had a cockroach issue since day 1. As of today 8/8 pest control has been out 4x yet I continue to have to kill roaches daily. I’ve asked management multiple times since 7/21 to be moved to another unit & have yet to get an answer. I’ve sent emails with pics as well as called & left messages but... still NO response. Since being here I have NEVER used the kitchen because it’s unsanitary & that is where I see a lot of bugs. I am unable to sleep, suffer from anxiety, VERY uncomfortable & I just literally have no peace, among so many other things. All of these things I have expressed to management but still nothing! I am appreciative that pest control is TRYING to get the problem under control however I should NOT have to suffer with this problem for however long it takes to fix it & honestly even once the issue is resolved I will NEVER be comfortable in this unit. I’m just disgusted, my view is tainted at this point & I’ll always feel as if the bugs will be here. I need to be moved to ease my mind & allow me to be comfortable in my own space. The lack of communication on Jenny’s part is unacceptable as the manager & it’s sad that she couldn’t spare 5 min in the last month to try to find a resolution to such a HUGE issue for a new resident.
I love the area/community but aside from that this is NOT a place you want to be. This is definitely a lesson learned for me. Lee mas

I had a horrible experience with this place. Would take me a day to explain it all but just to mention a few things: Red Flag should have been when I got my keys the first day, my door had obviously been kicked in so when I called the emergency maintenance, they didn't want come out. They didn't fix the door for two days, I had no way of locking my door inside or out. Without AC for 3 weeks in the hottest part of summer. Water in the basement of my masonette at least twice. When I moved... out, there was a big black mold spot on my wall downstairs in the living room. Pretty sure black mold was in the entire building. Water was getting in between my walls in my dining room. Entry way in the building would drip water when it rained and had a big water spot on ceiling. Had my own washer and dryer but was never able to use my washer and there never seemed to be enough water to clean a load but also the hot water valve was stuck and they would never come to fix it as with everything else I have listed. I paid a lot of rent to them, if they did business the right way, they would have lowered my rent monthly by several dollars. Very shady complex, maintenance is terrible, if they even have a maintenance crew, some of the office staff was rude and wouldn't answer my calls to certain issues I was having...like my AC not working for 3 weeks. Worst maintenance I have ever experienced. AC goes out and they wait until it's cool out to come by and tell you it's not an issue now. Our locks haven't worked since we moved in over a year ago. Neighbors leave trash and appliances outside.

This is the worst place I have ever lived and I moved here from Troost.

Mediocre facilities with non-responsive management and maintenance teams. Decent amount of room for the price, but unprofessional staff from top to bottom. Pathetic for the area.
