Access to the community clubhouse, which will include a pickleball court, pool, and playground, is expected to be available in late 2025 or early 2026.

Tenants are responsible for all utilities and trash service. The unit is all electric, no gas.

No smoking is permitted.
The townhomes are not Section 8 approved.
The townhomes are part of an HOA, and tenants are required to follow all HOA guidelines.
There is a $45 application fee per person over 18.

Two pets are allowed with a one-time, non-refundable fee of $200 plus an additional $25 per month in rent. For safety and insurance reasons, the following breeds are not permitted: Pit Bulls, Canary Dogs, Rottweilers, Doberman Pinschers, Chows, Akitas, Alaskan Malamutes, German Shepherds, Huskies, Saint Bernards, Bull Mastiffs, Wolf Hybrids, or any mixes of these breeds.

*A free month of rent is applied after three full months are paid on time.
