With 2 bedrooms and a spacious loft featuring four queen beds, this home comfortably accommodates up to 13 guests. The open-concept kitchen, living, and dining area is perfect for gatherings. The kitchen is fully stocked with a refrigerator, stove and oven, microwave, built-in dishwasher, and coffee maker, and includes island counter seating. The basement/Level 1 features a den and back patio with a private hot tub.
Enjoy a stocked coffee bar, a kayak, SUP board, and water mat. Guests have access to a private covered boat slip at the community dock, located just 0.25 miles from the home. Parking is available for up to 5 vehicles in the driveway. A pack 'n play is available upon request. Pets are welcome with a $200 pet fee for up to 2 dogs.

For swimming and easier water access, guests are welcome to use the community boat dock, located just 0.25 miles from the home. Check-in is at 4:00 PM and check-out is at 10:00 AM. Early check-in and late check-out requests are subject to availability and may incur fees. This is a non-smoking property. No parties are allowed. Any noise complaints or law enforcement calls to the home will result in immediate termination of your stay without a refund.
