The kitchen is fully stocked with a refrigerator, stove and oven, microwave, built-in dishwasher, and coffee maker, and includes island counter seating. The living room boasts plush leather seating and an electric fireplace. Outside, enjoy a private hot tub, a backyard, a private porch/patio, a firepit, a BBQ grill, and a dining table.
Guests have access to a private covered boat slip at the community dock, located just 0.25 miles from the home. A stocked coffee bar, kayak, SUP board, and water mat are provided.
