Lookout Ridge Apartments

Management doesn't like to fix or repair issues on the inside. By the time they do repair the issue, it has escalated. My air conditioning went out durning the Summer, when the temperature was really high (90 degrees and above) it took them 3 to 4 days before they responded and another day before it was repaired, for the second time. The same thing happen with my oven and water heater not working, days before they responded. They love making the outside of the complex look nice, but the... appliances and flooring inside are very, very old and outdated (faux oak cabinets, tan appliances). Won't replace carpet that's over 10 years old. They just supply refurbished appliances. Not worth the cost of rent. Find another complex with better management and nicer units. Lee mas

Right now management isn't addressing issues, and"acting" management can't get it together. They have a dope fiend going from empty apartment to empty apartment. There definitely aren't that many units there!
