I lived at The Joule for 15 months and wish I didn’t have to leave!

To start, the apartment manager went above and beyond to work with my schedule and provide all the information I needed for a smooth application and move in process.

The apartment itself was great. I only ever had to place one maintenance request and it was completed by the time I got home from work. I also never had any issues with my neighbors. If they were loud, I never heard them. I never personally had issues with my mail...
and packages were always delivered. I did once receive someone else’s package due to a mail carrier error, but I gave it to The Joule staff and they handled it from there.

The staff does a great job maintaining the community. There were no trash issues, the landscaping was always well kept, and whenever there was heavy snow the roads and sidewalks were treated. I even witnessed staff members out shoveling snow themselves for residents.

Parking was never an issue during my time there, which made daily life much easier. The location is also ideal, conveniently situated near everything I needed while still feeling quiet and comfortable.

They also put together fun community events that brought people together from time to time. The CEO even stopped by discreetly to hang out and have conversations with residents, which really impressed me.

The amenities are excellent. I loved the pool, the gym was very useful, and I would often stop by the clubhouse for a snack while checking my mail.

I wish every apartment complex could be like The Joule and its staff. My job has required me to move four times and this is by far the best complex I have ever lived in. I only left because my job relocated me down south.

Comfortable and stress-free

I have been living here for a little over six months now and overall it’s been a really comfortable and stress-free place to live. I’d definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a clean, quiet apartment! Also, the staff has been really helpful!

This apartment is fantastic!!

The Joule has been such a great move for me and my husband. The pool is such a nice amenity on hot days and the fitness center has kept us active every weekend (plus it saves having to pay for a gym membership!). We had a small maintenance issue the first week we moved in and the management team was so attentive and made us feel like a top priority. We’ll absolutely be renewing next year and look forward to hopefully staying here for many years to come!!

What a place to call home!

Joule Apartments has truly felt like home. From the moment we moved in, the staff made us feel welcome and supported. The community is peaceful, the neighbors are friendly, and the grounds are always clean and well-kept. I especially love how safe and quiet it feels — perfect for winding down after a long day.

The amenities are great for a small family. Our son loves the pool, and while there isn’t a playground on-site, we often take him to Elizabethtown Nature Park or Freeman Lake to run...
around and play — especially with our dog in tow!

Speaking of our pup, it’s such a bonus to have a dog park right here at Joule. And the pet spa? A lifesaver when she gets a little muddy after lake adventures.

Overall, The Joule is just a wonderful place to call home. We’re so glad we chose it.
