Latitude Lexington Apartamentos

I have lived here for 2 years now and there has not been 1 maintenance request that has been “fixed” in under 3 weeks. New management at the apartment pushes all resident problems and complaints to the side.

Among other things, this is the worst company to rent from. Save your energy.. They make everything so hard, always giving you the loop around. Moving out was a pain because they nickel and dime for everything, The amenities are ok but the apartment itself is run down and needs many updates. The 2B2B rooms are small, overpriced, and not super user-friendly. I DO NOT RECOMMEND.

Best property in Lexington, can't beat their prices and the amenities they have!

Fine place to live if you want the amenities... however all the walls and floors are thin. If you’re not on the 3rd floor, you can hear every upstairs footstep. Whenever my upstairs neighbor was sick, I got to hear every hacking cough and even the sound of them vomiting in their bathroom... from my room.
Gate breaks often.
If it was cheaper, I’d probably stay and request a 3rd floor apartment. Not worth it to me.
