My family and I have lived in this apartment for nearly 2 years now. We have a spacious, two bedroom and one bath apartment. All hardwood floors (linoleum in the kitchen and tile in the bathroom). While at first I didn't like the idea of living upstairs, it grew on me. The neighbors are all very nice and helpful to each other. There have been many occasions that my husband and I have forgotten to pull our trashcan out to the curb, only to come home after work to see that one of our lovely... neighbors had done it for us. There is a large soccer field behind our apartment building that can be used for anything when no games or practices are going on. We play t-ball or kickball with our two year old on occasion. The location is great, next door to a community center and down the street from restaraunts and shopping centers. You can't beat this price for everything you get. My only downside to the place is that the street hasn't been repaved the entire time we have lived here and it's a bumpy ride. Other than that, it's perfect! Lee mas
