Cooper Creek Apartamentos

I can tell property management cares about the community. It’s very clean, landscaping is well kept, it’s peaceful, and neighbors for the most part, are quiet and friendly. The staff also are communicative and friendly. I like that there are strict rules about parking, pool and fitness usage.
The only suggestion I have so far would be, when there is a maintenance request, provide a timeframe and day when maintenance will arrive. Unexpected pop ups aren’t always the best. Give a notice, Even if... it is a 4 hour window. Sometimes I work from home and have meetings and calls that don’t allow me to get away from my desk right away. I had maintenance beating on my door and when he couldn’t get in, unlocked the door, yelled through the crack “maintenance!” And still not sure why he showed up, anyway. So it would help for staff to leverage the app or send a text to communicate when maintenance will arrive so residents can plan ahead. Other than that, so far, like it here. Lee mas

They have an overall, great establishment here, the alot of amenities.. property manager they have here is very helpful and goes over and beyond to do what he can to get things accomplished for the tenants.. maintenance is great!! Property is pretty nice...

This community is quite and beautiful. Our home is so much bigger than the standard apartment. Amenities are great. The staff is amazing and helpful. Maintenance is quick for any small work orders.

I moved in here a couple months ago and I have enjoyed it so much. They keep the grounds very clean, office staff is very helpful and polite. Communication is outstanding... Apt. Is big and everything is beautiful.

There have been nothing but issues since i moved in! Theres so much crime, you can smell smoke from your neighbors all day, the unit itself is falling apart despite them ‘remodeling’ they literally slapped white paint over old cabinets. Windows dont fully close so it gets freezing cold and your electric bill will be insane. Bugs everywhere, pit bulls running loose, kids scratch your car. I hate it here. It would be one thing if it was cheap but rent is really expensive, on top of other... ridiculous fees they add on. No one answers the phone in the office, and your neighbors have no respect for you or your property. Lee mas
