Eden Apartments

When I first moved in there was a few hiccups and I’m a very forgiving person so it was fine as long as the problems were fixed. The day I signed my lease I should’ve turned the other way but I didn’t. I didn’t have kitchen appliances but they were in place by the time I moved all my items in, okay. I can smell every cigarette my neighbor sparks from sun up to sun down. I have a HUGE hole under my sink and it doesn’t help the cigarette situation.. it makes it worse! 2/5 of my vents are PAINTED... SHUT and I thought that was the reason for it being so hot in my apartment but no! My air blows out hot air and I weigh my options so my next resort were my windows but I can’t even let my windows up because I don’t have any screens in my windows and I’ve been asking for screens since I moved in on February 26th. Nobody wants bugs and pests in their apartment and while we’re on topic after asking for my apartment to be sprayed twice they finally came after two months. By that time I had already used the bug bombs in my apartment to get rid of any possible insects crawling around here. Anyway, now here we are on April 22, 2022 and all of a sudden they have screens to put in my windows. My very first apartment and it’s been the worst experience EVER in just a short two months. If you’re looking and it’s your first apartment just take your time and pay for something worth your while that you’ll at least like! I wouldn’t recommend living here at all.

I’ve been to the rent office everyday since last Friday. It’s a constant run around with Laura (rent office lady) and Larry (maintenance man) about my air and screens. My air still isn’t fixed! I’ve been given 3 different dates on when the air company is supposed to come fix my air and NOTHING!! Heat rises so it’s gets very hot at night and it sucks because I can’t let my windows up and two fans can only do so much. Lee mas

I have been here for 7 months , we have roaches everywhere , my toilet is leaking still not fixed a whole week later laura is rude & larry is the handy man he does a half-way job but he is only one person . We have critters I the ceiling, my refrigerator leaks from the inside ! I cannot wait to move out !!!
