The Clubhouse

I lived in this apartment for two years, and it was a nightmare from start to finish. Maintenance was a joke — even the smallest repairs took weeks, sometimes longer. The HVAC system was broken for months during extreme weather, and despite multiple complaints, it took over 4 months. I don’t want to talk about the staff, they literally scream you. The worst part came when I moved out. I was hit with over $400 in damage charges. They double-charged me for the same issue and even billed me for a... couch that was already broken when I moved in. When I provided dated proof showing the damage was pre-existing, they conveniently claimed I never submitted a move-in report — a total lie. They simply lost the paperwork and used that as an excuse to push blame onto me. To make matters worse, their staff treated me like a delinquent, calling me weekly with aggressive and insulting language for the money. Completely unprofessional and borderline harassing. I had a terrible experience with Clubhouse Apartments. Their communication is completely unprofessional and disorganized. They don’t give you what you’re entitled to, and they seem more interested in exploiting you than providing a good service. The place was dirty, and it’s clear they don’t care about cleanliness. On top of that, they forced unnecessary charges on me and took advantage of the situation. I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone! Avoid it at all costs.

This place is terrible and unsafe. My car got broken into in the garage and my roommate got robbed at gun point in the parking garage.

The clubhouse is a great place to stay. Near campus and good security. Many different stores around the area. Inside is very clean and nice and everything is up to date.

Nothing good on this property. I have been 2 years, asking for new couch. Then Ac get broken every month. If you look the property, I really feel like I am living in a trash can, nobody cleans it. And attention from the staff are null, not all staff, they have a lot of good staff, but some of them don’t want to even stand up from their chair.
