Grove At Plantation

After owning a home for almost 30 years I decided to sell and rent! My son and I moved to The Plantations at Lafayette in late May of 2024. We absolutely love it. The staff has been very hospitable and attentive to our needs. The apartment is clean and quiet. The maintenance crew has been great. I feel safe here. We are close to many great restaurants and stores. There is definite room for some grounds improvement and updating exterior items, but for the most part, they are in great shape! I would put zero stars if it let. Save yourself some money and go rent a house, townhouse or condo from an actual person who cares about their renters. This is a big corporate money hungry company and will squeeze every penny out of you when you try to move out at the end of your lease. And then add on a $1,000 cleaning fee no matter how clean your apartment was when you moved out.

I've lived here a year now, and have really enjoyed staying here. It's a family friendly and dog friendly community. It's a quiet area but has very nice amenities that I have found great on multiple occasions especially the gym, computer lab, and conference room.
